Service contract. Work consists of periodic regular and annual
service as well as Operational Testing of specified systems to
ensure safe and efficient operation in concurance with the
original design intent and as recommended by the manufacturer.
The boiler plant consists of three (3) steam boilers (2 at 350
Horse Power(HP), 1 at 70 Horse Power (HP)) and three (3) hot
water boilers (2 at 6300 MBH, 1 at 642 MBH).
The contractor is responsible to maintain the boilers in prime
operating condition and to perform all preventative maintenance
tasks in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
The contract will be for a period of two (2) years with three
(3) one year options.
